Alpine Herbs Oil
pure distillate combining beneficial herbs
Non-oily, alcohol-free, this oil dries immediately. It is composed of oils that tone, refresh, firm and regenerate. A few of the ways it can be used are:
TO SOOTH TIRED MUSCLES: using 8 to 10 drops of oil, rub sore areas, massaging deeply. Greater benefits can be obtained if the area is first covered with a heated wool cloth, then remove it to massage the area with oil. Finally, recover the area with the warm cloth.
FOR HEADACHES AND NECK PAIN: use 4 drops of oil to massage temples (headaches) and nape of the neck (neck pain).
FOR SWOLLEN LEGS: put 10 drops of oil in the palm of your hand and massage the legs. Start from the ankle and work your way up to the thigh.
FOR ACHING FEET: to refresh and bring tired feet back to life, follow a foot bath, with a massage using 10 to 15 drops of oil.
INHALATION THERAPY: add 10 drops of oil to a litre of steaming water, put your head over the bowl and breathe in the balsamic vapours. Alternatively, you can put a few drops of oil on a tissue and bring it close to the nose. Inhale several times.
AS AN AFTER-SHAVE: massage the face with 4 drops of oil for about one minute. It helps to tone the skin and prevent wrinkles.
ON THE SKINS: to protect the skin from harsh pollutants in the atmosphere, massage a few drops of oil on the face and other areas of the body.
AS A HAIR TONIC: put 8 drops of oil on dry hair and massage the scalp briskly, but gently. Aids the circulation and prevents hair loss.
